ABOUT YOU

YOU HAVE CREATIVITY IN YOUR HEART

You’ve always expressed yourself creatively and nurtured your inner Picasso. Generating and executing innovative ideas has become second nature, and your affinity for your work
is contagious. You believe that properly practiced creativity has the power to change lives and you set out to achieve that in the work you do.

YOU’RE DYNAMIC

Yes, some may call you a graphic designer, but you’re more of a T-shaped creative and have broad skills across multiple fields of knowledge - and you’re not afraid to use them. You’re as comfortable designing a congress experience as you are a brand identity. You’re feel every bit at home creating campaign concepts as you do creating beautiful layouts.

You’re a born problem solver, bringing together a synthesis of skills, design strategies, processes and methodologies from multiple disciplines to solve complex client problems and tell a brands story.

You use your skills and experience as a designer to solve problems where graphic design may not be the solution.

YOU MAKE THINGS HAPPEN

You’re the ultimate self-starter. You make things happen. Your optimism and your ability to drive forward shared goals is as valued by everyone as your remarkable skill and creative acumen. You are the linchpin around which the projects you work on revolve.

Omnicom Health Group is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent. We agree that talent is equally distributed, and we’re focused on developing diverse teams that can bring the best solutions to everything we do. We strongly believe that celebrating what makes us different makes us better together. Join us—we look forward to getting to know you
